Mentorship
All LSC Athlete Representatives are welcome to request a mentor for athlete rep related projects, such as a piece of legislation or an LSC Leadership Summit, and are also welcome to ask for personal help with things like resumes and cover letters, college swimming advice, or general leadership and professional development.
Once you complete the form, the AEC will match you and/or your LSC with a mentor who will best suit your needs. We have a group of nine mentors that have a diverse array of experiences as LSC and national athlete representatives.
